We contacted hound security to set up remote Access on a DVR that I thought was faulty.
We needed the remote access facility so that we could view the cameras on our phones. The engineer could have easily have scammed us by pretending that the DVR was faulty and needed ''repairing'' or that I needed a new one, I would have been none the wiser. However he didn't.
Remote Access is up and running and my mum and I feel much more secure. What an absolute joy to have found an honest person.
